Obituary

Adam Keith Brothers, age 32 , of Mascoutah, Ill., born January 8, 1978 in Olney, Ill., passed away Monday, March 8, 2010 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Belleville.

Adam was a devoted father and stay-at-home dad. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a huge sports fan, particularly Illini basketball. He grew up in Orchardville, and graduated from Sandoval High School, then moved to Mascoutah in 2002. He loved his children and will be sadly missed by his family.

Surviving are his wife, Lisa, nee Stamm, Brothers of Mascoutah; his special friend Amber Carrico of Mascoutah; children Chadwick "CJ" Delatine, Jr., Alexus Breanne Brothers, and Aiden Chase Carrico; his mother Carole (Jay) Zanton of Centralia, Ill., his father Ron Brothers of Centralia, Ill., grandparents Rev. R. Paul Brown of W. Frankfort, Ill., and Fern I. Smith of Wabash, Ind., brother Brandon Brothers of Seattle, Wash., sisters Jacee Zanton of Centralia, Ill., and Meghan Brothers of Hillsboro, Mo., mother-in-law Norma Stamm of Mascoutah, sister-in-law, Amy (Benedict) Mosley of Cahokia; dear friends, Mona and Ron Carrico, of Mascoutah, and many extended family and friends in Indianapolis.

Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents Harold F. Brothers and Mabel Cleo Brothers.

Memorial donations can be made to the family for his children.

Visitations: Friends may call 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St., O'Fallon.

Funeral: 1:00 pm, Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the funeral home with Rev. R. Paul Brown and Pastor Bill Zanton officiating.
