Barbara J. Edwards of O'Fallon, Ill., formerly of Edwardsville and Hillsboro, Ill., passed peacefully from this world to the next on Monday morning, February 3, 2020 at the age of 68.

Barb was a hard worker and dedicated employee who was most recently employed at the Colonnade Senior Living Center in O'Fallon. Barb enjoyed spending time with family, traveling with her husband and daughter, spending time outdoors, and the excitement of casino games.

Barb was preceded in death by her husband Robert Edwards, a son, Ronald Blake, a brother, Robert Jones, and her parents, Melvin and Marlene Kombrink.

Barb is survived by sisters Gail Matthews and Bunny Johnston; her daughters Candace (Tim) Caveny, Stephanie Hilliard, and Holly Campbell; grandchildren Logan, Kyle, Allison, Sierra, Luke, Taylor, Dalton, Ronald, Harley, great-grandson Clayton; and step-children, Matt Edwards and Beth Edwards.

Memorial donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.

The family will receive friends from 3:30 – 6:30 pm, Friday, February 7, 2020 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, O'Fallon. A private burial will be held at Buck Road Cemetery, Maryville, Illinois.
