Barbara "Barb" Anne Keck, nee Lemen, of O'Fallon, Ill., sadly passed away on September 17, 2024 at the age of 68 at Lebanon Care Center, after losing the battle with a long illness.

Barb was born August 30, 1956 in Belleville, Ill. to Aurelia Lemen.  She grew up in O'Fallon, Ill. amidst friends and family, and graduated from O'Fallon Township High School. Out of high school, she worked at a local restaurant, then Venture Department Store, and finally landing in the District 90 school district. She worked at the level of grade school, middle school, and high school, advancing with her daughter. She continued to work as a "lunch lady" well after her daughter graduated from OTHS in 1993, and retired from that position.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Otis and Opal Stovall; her mother, Aurelia (Lemen) Clark; her brother, Edward "Butch" McKee; and her long term partner, Jeffrey Holley.

She leaves behind her daughter, Calista (Keck) Dosanjh of St. Louis, Mo.; son-in-law, Vishal Dosanjh; and her grandchildren, Arian and Amara Dosanjh; as well as many other family members and friends.
