William Bruce Cornwall, 58, of Shiloh, born June 2, 1963 in East St. Louis, Ill., passed away May 30, 2022 at his home in Shiloh, Ill.

Bruce was a long-time employee and mechanic at St. Clair Bowl. He enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, camping, and having a beer by the fire pit. Bruce had a heart of gold, and was a devoted husband and great dad, who would lend a helping hand at any time.

He was preceded in death by his father William Walter Cornwall.

Surviving are his wife Debra, nee Gendron, Cornwall, of Shiloh, whom he married March 13, 1982; daughter Shelby of Shiloh; mother Mary, nee Morrison, Cornwall of New Baden; and sisters Christy (Dave) Chacon of Riverdale, Utah, and Tina (Mark) Bernier of Highland, nieces and nephews, and his loyal dog Ollie.

The family will receive friends 4 – 8 pm, Friday, June 3, 2022 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, O'Fallon and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Funeral will begin at 10 am, Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, O'Fallon, with Rev. Skip Leininger officiating.
