Obituary
Carol Hanft, age 90, of Alhambra, formerly of O'Fallon, passed away at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton, Illinois on Saturday, December 10, 2005.
Carol was born August 14, 1915 to Dan and Dot (nee Moore) Hanft in Lenzburg Township, Illinois. She moved to O'Fallon in 1981. She formerly worked at Curlee's Clothing Company, in St. Louis. She was a former member of the United Church of Christ in Lenzburg, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sister, Janet M. (Charles) Geschwend of Glen Carbon, Illinois and her cousin George (Marcy) Uhl, of Belleville, IL. Memorial Donations may be made to the charity of choice. As per her wishes, there will be no services.
