Obituary

Cynthia Ann Rollins-Moore, age 72, of Belleville, Ill., passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 7:06 p.m.

"Cindy" was born to Jo-Ann Barnes and Johnie L. Rollins in Jackson, Tenn. She graduated highschool in Winfield, Mo., in 1971. Cindy was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin. She loved to be in the center of her family. She also shared interest in chasing trains and traveling to see family with her long-time partner Frankie. She will be remembered by family and friends as a fighter (aka scrapper) with a heart of gold, and a tendency to adopt anyone she came into contact with.

She is preceded in death by her parents Jo-Ann Barnes and Johnie L. Rollins. Step-father Floyd Tourville, and step-brother Ronnie Tourville.

She is survived by long-time partner Frank Lee Morin, step-mother Sharon Rollins, daughter Jody Ann (Joshua) Blumer, granddaughters Victoria (Shawn) Hileman and Lacey Blumer; great-grandchildren Chandler, Emmett, and Lynnen Hileman; sister Cathy Beckemyer, brothers Johnie L. (Dee) Rollins, Jr, Michael (Paige) Tourville, and Dennis Tourville; sister-in-law Pat Tourville, and many nieces and nephews.
