Constance Lynn Reno, age 49, of O'Fallon, Ill., was born June 13, 1974, and passed away June 2, 2024.

From day 1, Connie loved being outside; riding 4-wheelers, boating, BBQing with family and friends, riding horses when she was younger, and playing cards with her grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins, were among her favorite things to do. Her beautiful smile, auburn red hair that was the perfect color no box could ever top, and her loud, overzealous laugh that could be heard and felt all around will be missed. Connie always had a knack for making kids happy, playing with and listening to anything they had to say. She truly enjoyed taking care of everyone, but there was no one in this world more important to her than her son, Brent. The pride and happiness she felt for him radiated from her - always bragging about his abilities and accomplishments.

Connie was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Melvin "DeDe" Reno; maternal grandfather, Ed Wall, grandmother Bernadette Wall, and uncles Dennis and Marvin Reno.

Connie is survived by her son, Brent Dachsteiner, stepson Brandon Dachsteiner, parents Bruce and Robin Reno, siblings Chad (Joanne) Reno and Chelsea (Shane) Guthrie; nieces and nephews Dylan, Alexander, & Gabriel Reno; Dalton, Peyton, & Shelby Skylar and Camden Guthrie; grandmothers Nathalie Reno and Delores Weber, as well as special aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Connie's family suggests memorial donations to O'Fallon Early Childhood Foundation ( https://www.earlychildhoodofallon.org/) to support learning opportunities for local children.
