Cory Vaughn Judiscak, Jr., age 29, of O'Fallon, born March 23 1985 in Belleville, Ill., passed away September 2, 2014.

Cory worked at Five Guys Burgers and Fries and was the "Taco Tuesday" chef at Town Lounge in O'Fallon. He enjoyed his music, especially Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, and Luke Bryan. He was a devoted father to his son Noah. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 576 in O'Fallon. Cory had a good sense of humor, a big smile, and was a friend to many. He enjoyed the company of his dogs China, Dro-go, and the late Monte-Babes.

Cory was preceded in death by his grandparents Swayne and Ruth Dyer and Stephen Judiscak, and his uncle Ron Dyer.

Surviving are his mother Vicky Marie, nee Dyer, Judiscak of Lebanon, Ill., his son Noah Judiscak and Noah's mother Chelsey Anderson; father Cory V. Judiscak, Sr.,
uncles and aunts Swayne (Barbara) Dyer, Jr., of O'Fallon, Stephen (Dawn) Judiscak, III of O'Fallon, Cathy O'Sullivan of San Antonio, Tex., Jeff Judiscak of Irving, Tex., and Lisa Elliott of San Antonio, Tex; his grandmother Marcheta Judiscak of Schertz, Tex., special cousins Swayne Dyer, III, Tisha (David) Hampson and Tyler Hampson.

Funeral Service will begin at Noon, Friday, September 5, 2014, with Rev. Doug Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
