Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn Wicinski, nee Tolar, age 67, of O'Fallon, Illinois, born May 20, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio, died April 24, 2023. She lived a life of service and simplicity, but with a spirit as strong as her faith.

Dearest wife of John Wicinski. Also surviving are her three children Kathryn Rose (Jamaan), John Paul (Brittany), Matthew Joseph (Rachel); her grandchildren Elijah Pete, Isaiah Thomas, and Trinity Gracelynn Louise; her great niece and dear little angel Ariana Crystina; all of whom she cherished and loved very much. Special thanks to her family, friends, and fellow members of Legion of Mary for all the prayers and support.

Memorial donations in Cindy's name are suggested to either the Poor Clare's Monastery of Our Lady of Mercy, 300 N. 60 ^th St., Belleville, IL 62223 OR to Cathedral of St. Peter, 200 W. Harrison St., Belleville, IL 62220.

Cindy's generosity continues, even in death, as it was her strong wish to contribute to society by donating her body to St. Louis University School of Medicine.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 am, Saturday, June 10, 2023, at the Cathedral of St. Peter, 200 W. Harrison St., Belleville, Ill., with Rev. Msgr. John T. Myler presiding.
