Dolores Grace Wildhaber, age 92, of Fairview Heights, born August 15, 1922 in St. Louis, Mo., passed away October 27, 2014 at The Arbors of Parkway Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
Dolores was born and raised in St. Louis and attended Rosati-Kain High School. She worked several years for the FBI in administration and management, and retired from Southwestern Bell as the supervisor of the legal department. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and a tap-dancer for Silver Steppers in St. Louis. Dee travelled the world extensively with her sister, and was a former member of Yesterday's Kids at St. Nicholas Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Marie, nee Fels, Wildhaber, and her sister Bernice W. Bostick.
Surviving are her nephew Jim (Mary Ann) Bostick of O'Fallon, Ill., and great-niece Christine Trodglen & her children Jonathan and Lauren, of Belleville, Ill.
Memorial donations are suggested to Alzheimer's Association, St. Nicholas Catholic Church or in the form of Masses.
Visitation: Friends may call from 9:00 – 10:45 am, Monday, November 3, 2014 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 625 St. Nicholas Dr., O'Fallon, Ill. Yesterday's Kids will conduct a walk-through at 10:15 a.m.
Funeral: Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Monday, November 3, 2014 at the church, with Msgr. William J. Hitpas presiding. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, St. Louis, Missouri.
