Obituary
Donna Lynn Jacobs, age 58, of O'Fallon, Ill., born April 2, 1957 in Evansville, Ind., died March 23, 2016.
Donna had a beautiful smile and an uplifting spirit. She was a devoted mother and wife and member of the LDS Church. While working as a nurse years ago, she met her future husband while he was her patient.
She was preceded in death by her daughter JoAna Bollinger.
Surviving are her husband Keith Jacobs, whom she married October 23, 1991; mother Anna (Wayne) Myroup, Donna's children Jeffrey Jacobs, Julia Guelfi, Jeanette Stofleth, River Stofleth, Anna Jacobs, and Sarah Davis; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sisters Sylvia Stuteville, Annette Inch, and brother Robert Brown.
Memorials are suggested to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
Visitation: Friends may call from 8:00 – 11:00 am, Saturday, March 26, 2016 at the funeral home.
Funeral: 11:00 am, Saturday, March 26, 2016, at the funeral home. Graveside Service 10:00 am, Monday, March 28, 2016 at St. Paul Churchyard, Affton, Mo.
