Dora Elizabeth Buckman, (nee Hayden), age 91, of O'Fallon, born July 20, 1916 in Fancy Farm, Kentucky, passed away Monday, December 10, 2007 at St. Elizabeth's Hopsital, Belleville.
Mrs. Buckman moved with her family to O'Fallon in 1962. She was a kind and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Buckman was preceded in death by her husband William Joseph Buckman, whom she married February 12, 1938 at Sacred Heart Church, University City, Mo.; and who passed away April 4, 1995; her parents, William "Gus" and Delia A. (nee Edelen) Hayden; her sister Rita; and four brothers, Bertrand, Thomas, Forrest, and Bobby.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Buckman of O'Fallon, Ill.; Betty Jo (Mike) Campe of Madison, Ala.; grandchildren Brian (Shannon) Campe of Charlotte, N.C.; and Greg Campe of Madison, Ala.; two great-grandsons, Riley Joseph Campe and Gunner Thomas Campe; three sisters, Martha Buckman of Collinsville, Ill., Toni Perkins, and Teresa Smith, both of Mesa, Ariz. Also surviving are many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may call 4:00 – 8:00 pm, Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St., O'Fallon, Ill. The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm.
Funeral Service: Funeral Procession will depart Wolfersberger Funeral Home at 9:15 am, Thursday, December 13, 2007 for a 10:00 am Requiem Mass of Burial at St. Mary's Assumption Catholic Church, 1126 Dolman St., St. Louis, Mo.
Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Shiloh, Ill.
