Edward "Butch" McKee, age 61, of O'Fallon, Ill., born January 9, 1958 in East St. Louis, Ill., died at his home Wednesday, April 3, 2019.

Eddie worked at the O'Fallon Township building for over 30 years. He had a kind presence and loved children and animals.

He was preceded in death by his mother Aurelia Clark and his grandparents Otis and Opal Stovall, who were heavily involved in his upbringing.

He is survived by his sister Barbara Keck, of O'Fallon, Ill., his brother William Clark, and his niece Calista (Vishal) Keck Dosanjh of Creve Coeur, Mo., and a large extended family of cousins.

In lieu of flowers, and because Butch loved animals, memorial donations are suggested to Spencer Pet Rescue and will be accepted at the funeral home.

Memorial visitation: The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 p.m., Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home.

Private burial will be in O'Fallon City Cemetery, alongside his mother and grandparents.
