Elsie E. Randle, nee Graminski, age 82, of O'Fallon, Illinois passed away Sunday morning, January 8, 2006 at O'Fallon Health Care. Mrs. Randle was born February 6, 1923, in O'Fallon to Otto A. and Henrietta W. (nee Harmoning) Graminski. She married Wesley C. "Josh" Randle on August 24, 1940 in O'Fallon. He preceded her in death on March 9, 1985. Mrs. Randle was a member of VFW Post #65, American Legion Post #137, and O'Fallon United Church of Christ.

Elsie is survived by her daughter Judith Lee Wiesen, and husband John H., a grandson, John W. Wiesen and wife, Sarah, all of O'Fallon; and brothers Robert Graminski and Richard Duncan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter Karen Ann Randle, and her brothers Donald & William Graminski, sister Patricia Kloeppel, and step-mother Gertrude Case.

At Elsie's request, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to O'Fallon United Church of Christ or Heartland Hospice.
