Mr. Everett Schaeperkoetter, age 85, lifelong resident of Shiloh, Illinois, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2005, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.
Everett was born January 2, 1920 in Shiloh Township to John Edward and Anna (nee Krieber) Schaeperkoetter. He was a World War II Army veteran and was retired as a tradesman from a stove foundry. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Delbert and Alfred; two sisters, Eleanor Kaeser and Viola Bernhardt and a niece, Joyce Mohr. He is survived by nieces, Carol Kiefer and her former husband, George of Shiloh, Annilene (Robert) Isselhardt of Waterloo, IL, Patricia (Robert) Sugg of O'Fallon Township, IL; nephews, Alfred (Ethel) Schaepperkoetter of Shiloh, Edward (Debra) Schaepperkoetter of St. Libory, and Jerry Mohr of Ganite City and many great nieces and great nephews.
Memorials may be made to a cancer fund or American Heart Association.
Visitation: 9:00 – 11:00 am, with services at 11:00, Monday, September 19, 2005 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, with Rev. Dr. Martha Thierheimer of O'Fallon United Church of Christ, officiating.
Interment: Shiloh Valley Township Cemetery, Shiloh, IL
