Florence Distler, nee Kombrink, age 93, of Lebanon, Ill., born October 30, 1924 in O'Fallon, Ill., passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab, in Lebanon, Ill.

Florence worked as a housekeeper and a child and elder care provider, and had been a member of the Senior Citizen's Club of O'Fallon. She especially enjoyed being with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Sophia, nee Kassing, Kombrink; her former husband Russell Distler; and her brother Raymond Kombrink.

Surviving are her daughters Donna (Raymond) Klein of Belleville, and Linda (Jay Holland) Distler of Chicago; brother Ardell (Bernice) Kombrink, and sisters Lorene (Robert) Lurtz and Leona (William) Malacarne; grandsons Travis Klein and Russell Klein; and two great-grandchildren Paul and Jillian Klein.

Memorial donations are suggested to Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center, and will be accepted at the funeral home.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 10:00 am – Noon, Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, O'Fallon.

Funeral: Noon, Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the funeral home, with Rev. Christy Eckert officiating.

Cremation will follow with burial at Shiloh Valley Township Cemetery, Shiloh, Ill.
