Hannah Faith Grubofski, much-loved 10-year-old daughter of Chad and Julie, born June 30, 2007 at Valdosta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at home, Fairview Heights, Ill.

"Hannah Bug" was full of life and always had a smile that could light up a room. She loved her little brothers and loved hearing them as they came bounding in the house. Hannah fought hard throughout her little life, overcoming many obstacles and medical challenges. She was a special little blessing to her family, perfect and pure, always surrounded by love.

Surviving are her parents Chad and Julie Grubofski of Fairview Heights; her little brothers, Chad, Jr., and Luke; her paternal grandparents Mark and Rae Ann Grubofski; maternal grandparents Robert and Joan Szpak; paternal great-grandmother Lorraine Holtman; uncles Matt and Sean Grubofski and their families; and aunts Alicia Geerson and Dianne Bice and their families.

Memorial donations are suggested to organizations that contributed to Hannah's well-being, specifically BJC Wings Hospice or Make-A-Wish Illinois.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:30 am, Saturday, September 23, 2017 at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, 1411 Cross St., Shiloh.

Funeral: Prayer Service will begin at 11:30 am, Saturday, at the church, with Rev. James Deiters presiding.
