Retired Air Force Technical Sergeant Harold Dennis Stump, age 68, of O'Fallon, born April 20, 1945 in Des Moines, Iowa, passed away March 11, 2014.

Harold retired from the US Air Force in 1985, after 22 years in the telecommunications operations career field. He was employed at National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in St. Louis. He was a member at O'Fallon First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Men, and was a supporter of the Boy Scouts Troop #35. His hobbies included fishing, model railroading, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father Harold Keith Stump.

Surviving are his wife Jane, nee Divine, Stump, of O'Fallon; his children Peter (Michelle) Stump of Ocean Springs, Miss., Katie (Gene) Holt of O'Fallon; his mother Betty Mae, nee Hutchens, Stump of Dallas Center, Iowa; grandchildren Sam and Ben Holt, and Megan Lopez; great-granddaughter Delilah Rae Lopez; his brothers Bill (Beth) Stump and Owen Stump, and sister Jennifer (companion F. Wilson Jones) Scott; and nieces Kim Trepp and Britt Winston.

In lieu of flowers and other gifts, memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, O'Fallon First United Methodist Church, or the charity of one's choice.

Visitation: Friends may call from 3:00 – 7:00 pm, Sunday, March 16, 2014, at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, O'Fallon.

Funeral: Procession will depart the funeral home at 9:45 am, Monday, March 17, 2014, for Graveside Services to be held at 10:30 am, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis County, Mo.
