Obituary
Helen Bunge, nee Posey, age 82, of O'Fallon, born March 22, 1931 in Calera, Ala., passed away Monday afternoon, December 2, 2013.
Helen enjoyed fishing and camping at Crab Orchard Lake and Carlyle Lake. She was a loving wife and mother, was a good cook and made the best biscuits.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Evie, nee Cannady, Posey; and her dear son Fred Bunge.
Surviving are her husband Gerald Bunge, of O'Fallon, whom she married November 22, 1953; her sister Hazel Ashton of Jacksonville, Fla., and her niece Priscilla.
Memorials are requested to Wounded Warrior or American Red Cross and will be accepted at the funeral home.
Visitation: Friends may call from 11:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St., O'Fallon.
Funeral: 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the funeral home, with Pastor Mike Cariker officiating. Burial will follow at College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, Ill.
