Obituary
Hilda M. Mueller, nee Pfeiffer, age 98, of O'Fallon, passed away Tuesday morning, June 21, 2005 at O'Fallon Health Care Center.
Mrs. Mueller was born August 19, 1906 in O'Fallon, Illinois to Joseph and Sophie (nee Feist) Pfeiffer. She was an active member of St. Clare Catholic Church, St Clare Altar Sodality and was a homemaker. Mrs. Mueller enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and Bingo. She married Jacob Mueller on February 10, 1926 at St Clare Church in O'Fallon. He preceded her in death March 26, 1983.
She is survived by a son, Gerald (Sheila) Mueller of St Charles, Missouri; two daughters, Jacqueline Alexander of Belleville and Patricia (Robert) Rich of Walworth, Wisconsin; 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Edwin Pfeiffer, her sister, Frances Hesse; and her son-in-law Walter Lee Alexander.
Memorials may be made to St Clare Catholic Church or in the form of Masses.
There will be no visitation.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 am, Friday, June 24, 2005 at St Clare Catholic Church with Fa. Jim Deiters officiating.
