Obituary

Ianza "Ike" D. Reaka, nee French, age 78, born May 20, 1939 in Belleville, Ill., passed away Saturday afternoon, June 17, 2017, at Cedarhurst of Shiloh, with family at her side.

Mrs. Reaka was a staffing specialist in civil service at Scott AFB for 25 years. She had attended Corpus Christi Catholic Church, and was an avid bowler and painter. She served many years as a crossing guard for O'Fallon School District 90.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dale "Jake" Reaka, parents Durrell and Ella , nee Kimmle, French, and siblings Evelyn Scott, Deloros Kinsman, and Durrell French.

Surviving are her daughters Rochelle (John) Rauscher of Alton, Ill., and Susan (Kris) Randolph of Mascoutah, Ill., grandchildren Austin, Morgan, and Jake, and sister Yvonne (Alan) Klein of O'Fallon, Ill.

Memorials be made to Alzheimer's Association.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St., O'Fallon.

Funeral: 1:00 pm, Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at the funeral home, with Msgr. James Margason officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Shiloh, Ill. Immediately following the burial, all are invited to a luncheon at Shiloh Eagles Hall.
