Leo Jackson "Jack" Cobb, age 78, of Granite City, Ill., born August 29, 1936 in Delmar, Alabama, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 at Jefferson Barracks Medical Center, St. Louis County, Mo.
Jack, along with his six brothers and both sons, was a veteran of the US Army. He had worked as a welder for the Boeing Company.
Jack is survived by his wife Ruth Ann, nee Lake, Cobb, of Granite City; his sons Bryan Jack Cobb and David Eric Cobb; and his granddaughter Katherine.
Memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
Friends may call after 10:00 am, Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W Washington St., O'Fallon, Ill.. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home promptly at 11:45 am for a Military Graveside Service to begin at 12:30 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis County, Mo.
