Obituary
Jacqueline A. Smith, nee Prokopf, age 74, of O'Fallon, Ill, born September 13, 1941, passed away Wednesday January 13, 2016.
Jackie grew up in Robins Funeral Home in East St. Louis, which was operated by her family. She attended Notre Dame Academy and University of Illinois. She worked as a jewelry saleswoman in Fairview Heights for many years. She lived with her beloved rescue dog, Zoe.
She was preceded in death by her parents Francis Lawrence "Frank" and Cecilia Elizabeth, nee Robins, Prokopf.
She is survived by her brother Lawrence (Robin Miller) Prokopf of New Baden, Illinois.
Memorial donations in her memory are suggested to her family, to assist with final expenses. Contributions may be mailed or delivered to Wolfersberger Funeral Home, to be forwarded to her family, as designated.
Jackie generously donated her body for educational research.
Visitation: Friends may call from 10:00 - 11:00 am, Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St., O'Fallon, IL.
Graveside Service: Procession will depart the funeral home promptly at 11:00 am Wednesday, April 27, 2016 for an 11:30 am Graveside Service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois.
