JoAnn Elizabeth Page, nee Lillie, age 79, lifelong resident of O'Fallon, born February 20, 1938 in Belleville, Ill., passed away Tuesday evening, February 28, 2017 at her home.

JoAnn grew up in O'Fallon and graduated from O'Fallon Township High School in 1955. She worked as a retail clerk at Thomas Hardware in downtown O'Fallon for 29 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and trying her luck on the gambling boats. JoAnn was well-liked and respected by her friends, family, and peers.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Minnie, nee Wiemann, Lillie; her sisters Elaine Tialdo and Shirley (Gary) Mackey; her niece Shari Pospeshil, and nephew Jason Sibert.

Surviving are her daughter Roberta "Bobbie" (Brian) Bess-Gill of Shiloh; Rebecca "Becky" (Steve, Jr.) Pate of Benton, Ill.; grandchildren Brandie (Ryan) Lehrman of Shiloh, and Steven Pate of Benton, Ill.; three great grandchildren Corbin, Liam, and Grace Lehrman, niece Gayle Keniley, and several cousins.

Memorial donations are requested to American Lung Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, Sunday, March 5, 2017, at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St., O'Fallon, Ill.

Funeral: Funeral will begin at 11:00 am, Monday, March 6, 2017, at the funeral home, with Msgr. Jim Margason officiating. Burial will follow at O'Fallon City Cemetery, O'Fallon, Illinois.
