John Henry Wiesen, of O'Fallon was born May 2, 1942 in Belleville, Ill. to John Louis and Lillian, nee Land, Wiesen. He passed away September 16, 2024 at HSHS St. Elizabeth Hospital, O'Fallon, Ill., at the age of 82.

John worked for a short time for Belleville Stove Foundry before he began his long and dedicated career as a donut delivery man for Wood Bakery, sharing sweet treats throughout the area. He retired from Wood Bakery after 43 years. He loved the music of Elvis and Johnny Cash, and was a loyal husband to his wife Judith, nee Randle, Wiesen, whom he married May 30, 1964; she passed away September 9, 2009. John used to be in a bowling league and a pool league; he had a kind heart and was the greatest dad to his son John.

Surviving are his son John W. Wiesen, of O'Fallon, and his sister Ethel Wilke of Belleville.
