Kenneth Emil Meyer, age 76, resident of Clinton Manor Living Center, formerly of O'Fallon, died Tuesday morning, December 17, 2019.

Born December 21, 1942 in Highland, Ill., Kenny grew up in the rural community of Blackjack, Ill., just north of O'Fallon. He attended St. Clare Catholic School as a child and had previously worked for Bernreuter Sod Farms and other area farms as a laborer.

He was preceded in death by his parents Emil and Louisa, nee Bernhardt, Meyer.

Surviving are his cousins Esther Becherer, Frances Zotz, and Marcella Waeltz, and their families; and a dear friend and wonderful long-time caregiver Linda Schaaf-Volk and her family.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 9 – 11 am, Monday, December 23, 2019 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, O'Fallon.

Funeral: 11 am, Monday, December 23, 2019 at the funeral home, with Deacon John Gomez officiating. Burial will follow at College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, Ill.
