Obituary
Laura M. Kaemmerer, nee Wieman, age 88, of Piqua, Ohio, formerly of O'Fallon, Ill., born February 26, 1924 in O'Fallon, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2012.
Mrs. Kaemmerer was a former member of O'Fallon United Church of Christ and the Order of Eastern Star, O'Fallon Chapter #487. She was a longtime O'Fallon resident before moving to Ohio in 1995.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Maude, nee Conklin, Wieman; husband Clyde Kaemmerer, son Clyde M. Kaemmerer, and son-in-law Daryl Maggine.
She is survived by her daughter Diana Maggine of Columbia, Mo., daughter-in-law Rosa Kaemmerer of Piqua, Ohio, brother-in-law Glen Kaemmerer, eight grandchildren, and 12 great-gandchildren.
Memorials in honor of Mrs. Kaemmerer may be made to O'Fallon United Church of Christ, or Order of Eastern Star Chapter 487 and will be accepted at the funeral home.
Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 – 8:00 pm, Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, where The Order of the Eastern Star will conduct a service at 7:00 pm.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, Monday, May 21, 2012 at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Martha Thierheimer officiating.
