Lawrence M. Perschbacher, age 81, of Shiloh, Ill., born February 16, 1935 in Shiloh, Ill. passed away April 6, 2016 in his home.
Larry had served in the Army Reserves as a young man and had worked as a bookkeeper at Industrial Roller in Smithton. He currently worked at Lockwood Flooring in St. Louis. He was a hard worker and a good husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy, nee Louppe, Perschbacher; his parents Arnold and Ida, nee Rasp, Perschbacher, and his sister Joan Bye.
Surviving are his daughters Susan Drown (the late Donald Drown) of Shiloh and Kathy (Bill) Mills of Barnsboro, N.J.; grandsons Bryan and Mark Drown, Billy (Kari) Mills, and Michael (fianceè Lauren) Mills; and great-granddaughters Addyson and Erianna.
Visitation: Friends may call 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, and from 9:00 – 9:30 am, Monday, April 11, 2016 at the funeral home.
Mass of Christian Burial: Procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 am, Monday, April 11, 2016, for a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, with Msgr. James Margason, presiding. Interment will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights.
