Obituary
Marie O. Rezek, age 96, of Palisade, Colorado, formerly of Lebanon, Illinois, born September 10, 1915 in Chicago, Ill., died Friday, September 23, 2011 at Palisade Living Center, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Frank J. Pinta Rezek, whom she married May 12, 1934 and who died June 9, 1994; one son Terrence E. Rezek; her parents, Joseph and Anna, nee Stefka, Lacovic; and two brothers, Anthony and Joseph.
Surviving are her daughter, Judith M. Melby of Redstone, Colo., six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials are requested in the form of masses.
Visitation: No visitation
Funeral: Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lebanon, Illinois. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Lebanon.
