Mary Hudson, nee Augustine age 83, of O'Fallon, Ill., born on August 29, 1935 in Walsenburg, Colo., passed away on Saturday November 17, 2018 with her loving husband, Ron at her side.

Mary grew up in Belleville, Ill. and graduated from Notre Dame High School. She was an active member of St. Augustine parish and more recently St. Nicholas parish. Mary loved her family and friends, enjoyed baking and decorating especially during the holiday season.

She was preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Martha, nee Miglionico, Augustine; brothers Charles Augustine, Anthony Augustine, Frank Augustine, Ralph Augustine and Paul Augustine; sisters Geraldine Waldrop  and Carmella Thomas.

Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Ron Hudson whom she married on Jun 19, 1953; her four children, Jan (David) Laskowski, Steve Hudson, Jodi (Gene) Pegg, Scott (Kandice) Hudson; 9 grandchildren, Jason Laskowski, Jamie (Todd) Behrmann, Aaron ( Jenny) Hudson, Niki (Tim) Callahan, Natali Hudson, Caitlin Pegg, Kelsey Pegg, Kerri Pegg , Mason Hudson; 4 great-grandchildren, Grace Laskowski , Griffen Laskowski, Alec Laskowski, and Gianna Hudson.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Cedarhurst of Shiloh with a special thanks to Stephanie, Chelsea and Jen.

Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Humane Society.

Visitation: The family will receive family and friends from 10 to 11 am, Friday November 23, 2018, at St . Nicholas Catholic Church , 625 St. Nicholas Dr., O'Fallon, Ill..

Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Friday, November 23, 2018 with Msgr. William Hitpas presiding. Burial will follow at Green Mount Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, Ill.
