Patricia Elaine Schultz, nee Jackson, age 84, of O'Fallon, Ill., born January 11, 1934 in Highland Park, Mich., passed away August 18, 2018 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, O'Fallon, Ill.

Pat grew up in Pontiac, Mich. and moved to St. Louis as a young lady. She and her former husband, Robert "Bob" enjoyed fishing at Bull Shoals Lake, and in 1964, bought the resort property known for many years as "Home Comfort Resort," where they raised their four boys.

After relocating several times in support of her son, John and his family, during his military career, Pat settled in the O'Fallon, Ill. area near Scott Air Force Base. She had been a bus driver and enjoyed crafts, quilting, and crocheting. She especially enjoyed her friends at First Baptist Church O'Fallon, where she attended regularly for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents Frederick and Catherine, nee Poole, Jackson; her former husband Robert Schultz, her son Robby Schultz and her grandson John Schultz II.

Surviving are her sons John (Sandra) Schultz of Lewisville, Tex., Dan (Nancy Hannaford) Schultz of Pontiac, Mo., and David Schultz of Mulberry, Fla., grandchildren Kirsten Cotter, Darren (Kim) Johnson, Justin (Christina) Hannaford, Kayla Meharg, Stephanie Schultz and Rafael Amaya, and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and will be accepted by the funeral home.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, with funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm, Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the CHAPEL at First Baptist Church O'Fallon, 1111 East Highway 50, O'Fallon, Ill., using the Seven Hills Entrance. Rev. Skip Leininger will officiate.

Graveside Service will be 3 p.m., Friday, August 24, 2018 at Pontiac Cemetery, Pontiac, Mo., with Dale Roberts officiating.
