Rolland Shull, age 74, of O'Fallon, born July 26, 1933 in Summerfield, IL, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at Cedar Ridge Healthcare Center in Lebanon, IL.

Mr. Shull was a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of O'Fallon VFW Post 805, O'Fallon Sportsman Club and the O'Fallon United Church of Christ. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and talking with his friends and family. He was a loving husband and a good father.

Mr. Shull was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie Ralph and Bernice, nee Schubkegel, Shull; and his sister Dorothy Harms.

He is survived by his wife, Betty (nee Schmidt) Shull of O'Fallon; son Brent (Nina) Shull of Belleville; daughters, Rhonda (Dave) Wagner of Caseyville, Renee Carson and Roxann Shull, both of O'Fallon; grandchildren, Tarrah and Dustin Wagner, Kayla, Hunter and Alexa Carson, Bobby Shull, and Amanda Fix; and brother Hadley Shull of Lebanon, IL. Also surviving are brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Norris and Dorothy Beckman of O'Fallon, Robert and Patricia Schmidt of Belleville, and Jean Schmidt of Breese; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Friends may call from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, Saturday, December 22, 2007, at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St, O'Fallon, Ill.

Funeral Service: Memorial Service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, December 22, 2007, at Wolfersberger Funeral Home Chapel, with eulogy by Brent Shull and officiating by Rev. Dr. Martha Thierheimer.

Interment of cremated remains will follow at O'Fallon City Cemetery, O'Fallon, Ill.
