Rosemary Kaiser, nee Reckamp, age 84, of O'Fallon, born April 15, 1937 in St. Louis, Mo., died Saturday morning, January 1, 2022 at Heritage at the Colonnade Senior Living, in O'Fallon, Ill.
Rosemary had worked as a secretary at the Bank of St. Louis for a few years before she began her business venture, Kaiser Interiors, where she worked as a seamstress and Interior Decorator, alongside her late husband Bill, who was a custom upholsterer. A faithful member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, she was active in Yesterday's Kids and other ministries. She was a natural-born athlete, and loved dancing to all music-from Big Band to Hip Hop.
She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Marguerite, nee Weir, Reckamp, Sr.; her husband William C. Kaiser; her son-in-law Karl Plath; and her grandsons Blake and Darin Rowe.
Surviving are her six children William Charles (Mary) Kaiser, Jr., Nancy Jean Plath, Kathleen Patricia Moore, Michelle Diane (Doug) Rowe, Kevin Michael (Leah) Kaiser, Lori Ann (Edward) Eyre; grandchildren Jacob Kaiser, Jesse Kaiser, Aaron Plath, Charlaine Plath, Colin Moore, Jessica Moore, Mindi Rowe, and Maddison Kaiser; great-grandchildren Alexis Sarginson, Alivia Kicielinski, Beckett, Boston, and Brooks Moore, and Indigo Rowe; sisters Kathleen (the late Woody) Young, and Margaret (Charles) Dove, and brother Richard (Karyl) Reckamp.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 pm, Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Wolfersberger Funeral Home, 102 W. Washington St., O'Fallon, and from 9:00 – 9:45 am, Friday, January 7, 2022 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, O'Fallon.
Yesterday's Kids will conduct a walk-through at 9:15 am, Friday, at the church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am, Friday, at the church, with Msgr. William J. Hitpas presiding. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Shiloh, Illinois.
