MSgt. Theodore Zoska, Jr., USAF, retired, age 78, born in Chicago, the son of Polish immigrants, passed away June 13, 2014 at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Zoska married a sweet Scottish lass, Patricia Ross, while stationed with the Air Force in Scotland. Their 56 years together brought them much joy and happiness. A Bronze Star Medal recipient, Ted served in the US Air Force for 20 years in Security Forces, and continued his work in Ground Safety as a civil servant at Columbus AFB, Mississippi. He and his wife moved to O'Fallon 10 years ago, and he worked with his daughter at Your Home Team Realty in O'Fallon.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Patricia Zoska, whom he married September 1, 1956; his children Anita (Gary) Murphy of Bartlett, Tenn., Roxann Bohstedt of O'Fallon, Ill., Raymond Zoska of Memphis, Tenn., and Carolyn (Greg) Kernan-Mortlock of St. Charles, Ill. Also surviving are his five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren who enjoyed and admired him.
Memorial donations in memory of Ted Zoska are suggested to Wounded Warriors Fund.

A Prayer Service, led by Rev. Jim Deiters, will begin at 11:30 a.m. Burial with military honors will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery,
