William Van Hamrick's Obituary
William Van Hamrick, age 62, born January 16, 1950 in Shreveport, La., quietly passed away at 10:40 p.m., Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital.
Mr. Hamrick served time in the Air Force. Billy had a passion for tinkering on cars and a fondness for animals.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Surviving are his 93-year old father, brother, sister, and son.
Memorial donations may be made to Spencer Pet Rescue or a charity of one's choice.
A private family graveside service will be held at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
